Role and Responsibilities:

Plan and execute a marketing strategy for the organization and for new and existingproducts or services.

  • Oversee the implementation of the marketing strategy.
  • Develop a brand strategy.
  • Develop and administer an annual marketing budget.
  • Manage and measure marketing campaign costs.
  • Create and manage a calendar of events such as trade shows, conferences and thought leadership contributions.
  • Conduct customer, brand, and product research initiatives to support GTM efforts.
  • Offer expert advice to develop innovative advertising, public relations, social media and events.
  • Guide and supervise the day-to-day activities of the US marketing team J, including hiring, Training, workloads, schedules, and deadlines.
  • Provide tools and materials to enable the sales team to function effectively.
  • Work with the e-commerce team on marketing initiatives and develop and approve creatives for promotions.
  • Produce sand stills for each product globally and lead the production locally in the US.
  • Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPIs.
  • Manage marketing-related agency providers, consultants, freelancers, and other suppliers, including contract negotiation and management.
  • Oversee the development and operation of Segway.com or email marketing program and provide analytics review.
  • Manage and refine the organization’s social media presence.
  • Review and approve marketing content for crowdfunding projects.
  • Manage internal communication projects like a monthly newsletter (internal only) for the US consumer team.
  • Work cross-functionally with legal and after-sales departments to ensure a positive customer experience with Segway products and prevent potential PR crisis.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Bachelor degree or above, major is not limited, 5 years relevant working experience, overseas study or working experience.
  • Excellent marketing planning ability with internet company or international market development experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, able to conduct business negotiations skillfully.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S Market
  • With strong learning ability, can quickly learn business knowledge and master local communication and marketing knowledge.
  • Prefer: bilingual skills Fluent Mandarin and English
