Business Development Representative - Southern Europe
At Autofleet we support the world’s largest vehicle fleet operators and transportation providers to optimize existing operations and seamlessly launch new, dynamic business models - driving efficient operations and maximizing utilization.
We’re looking for a Business Development Associate to grow our existing sales pipeline by leveraging their strategic outreach capabilities and mobility knowledge.
What You'll Do
- Lead outreach and prospecting efforts for the South European Market - focusing on Italy, Spain and France
- Manage entry level relationships with mobility, transportation and logistic leaders and decision-makers
- Generate and qualify leads by contacting prospects through cold calls and online outreach, and identifying the prospects’ challenges, requirements, budget availability, project timelines, etc.
- Progress pipeline from marketing qualified leads to sales accepted opportunities
- Assist in the development of the overall company strategy for increasing volume in the sales pipeline
- Attend events and industry-specific conferences or trade shows (virtually and in-person) when necessary
- Assist teammates with process items needed to achieve the overall team goal
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 1+ years working in relationship building or customer facing role in a SaaS environment or the transportation industry
- Ability and confidence to meet with executive leadership within other organizations in the mobility and software industry
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in one or more EU language; Good English
- Proficiency in Sales and business tools (CRM, LinkedIn, Slack, Zoom, MS Office, etc)
- Highly organized, structured and self-dependent
- Willingness and ability to travel around Europe
- Work authorization in the UK or the EU
