We are seeking a talented and motivated leader to own the development and implementation of our European business. You'll ensure the successful delivery of finances, timeline, and business value initiatives, implementing innovative solutions that drive excellent customer experience while meeting revenue goals. 


The GM, Europe, will drive the go-to-market strategy and execution for existing and future Unagi products within the region. This position will work closely with the Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, Quality, and Customer Service functions. The ideal candidate has extensive experience launching and supporting eCommerce in the European market. 


How you’ll lead


  • You will be defining and building out the European eCommerce capability
  • Responsible in developing and leading overall eCommerce and digital marketing P&L
  • Clearly defined and articulate value proposition of eCommerce strategy across channels
  • Identify new growth vehicles and strategies to meet sales and profit expectations
  • Lead and create integrated marketing programs to develop customer acquisition and retention objectives
  • European Subscription Revenue Responsibility: You will have revenue responsibility for the growing subscription business units
  • Great Customer Experience: You will have responsibility for the customer journey, on and off of our website
  • Create actionable and results-oriented branded media and marketing strategies linked to commercial impact
  • Using a mix of technical product, business and problem solving skills, your role will be to ensure that our European business runs profitably, smoothly and scales with the growing demand of our international business
  • Drive growth strategies, including customer segmentation and targeting tactics to drive first-time and repeat purchases across digital channels
  • Develop positive relationships with internal and external partner leadership
  • Ensure teams are consistently providing post-program ROI analysis paired with consumer insights to make recommendations to increase sales and drive a premium brand experience
  • Identify gaps in the European team and hire high-functioning individuals that embody our core company values
  • Mentor and coach team members, while empowering them to make informed decisions that truly have a positive impact on our business and our customers
